• This bill is similar to last year’s cannabis bill, providing an alternative to the state run option supposedly supported by the Governor.
• This bill further clarifies that seeking shelter, recreation, or other non-moving use of a motor vehicle (anything in the state that moves under power and not on stationary tracks) does not create a driving under the influence charge. This is important for tourists in motorhomes as well as granite staters.
